To be part of this exhibition, you must conform to the following conditions :

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Any nationality with the adequate papers.
• You must be present at your stand when you exhibit.

You must send a written letter to the SOMAREP with :

• A photocopy of your ID card or a "Titre de Séjour" for foreigners outside of the European Union.
• You must sell only signed originals.
• A simple precise CV that mentions if you are a "Maison des Artistes" member or not.
• A description of the work you want to exhibit with at least 5 post card format photocopies of the work (reverse side of the card should display information relative to the work).
• Two color ID photographs of the artist.
• A photocopy of your civil insurance.
• 7,63 euros in check form to cover the costs related to your request that will not be reimbursed if your request is rejected.
• A pre-paid envelope to return your photographs.
